Director
Abbey is the Director of Crest Allied Health, leading a passionate multidisciplinary team of speech pathologists, occupational therapists, key workers, and allied health assistants across Sydney. She is deeply committed to delivering neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and family-centred care, and is equally passionate about empowering the wider community through consultancy, educator training, and carer workshops. Abbey's mission is to ensure every child is surrounded by informed, supportive adults who can nurture their learning, communication, and development.
Rosemary
Speech Pathologist
Rosemary is a Speech Pathologist with over 15 years of experience at Sydney Children's Hospital, where she worked across a wide range of paediatric settings including community health, inpatient care, and outpatient services. She has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams spanning mental health, brain tumour rehabilitation, out-of-home care, and school-based programs. Rosemary brings a wealth of experience supporting children and families across hospitals, preschools, schools, and home environments.
Vickie
Speech Pathologist
Vickie is a highly experienced Speech Pathologist with a career spanning over a decade across Australia and the UK. She has worked in paediatric community health, acute hospital, rural outreach, and telehealth settings, developing deep expertise in speech, language, feeding, and swallowing across all ages. Vickie brings an exceptional breadth of clinical experience, having worked with the NHS, Queensland Health, and Sydney's local health districts, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, family-centred care.

Speech Pathologist
Therese is a warm and highly skilled Speech Pathologist with a passion for working with children aged 2 to 18 across areas including early language, literacy, speech sounds, voice, and social communication. She is deeply committed to family-centred care, working closely with families to help children build confidence and meaningful connections in everyday life.

Bhakti is a Speech Pathologist with a strong background in allied health support, bringing over five years of hands-on experience in speech pathology settings. She has worked across clinic-based roles developing therapy resources, delivering therapy sessions, and collaborating with lead speech pathologists to support client goals. Bhakti is passionate about helping clients communicate and thrive, and combines her clinical experience with a dedication to person-centred care.

Bella is a Speech Pathologist who graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech Pathology. She has hands-on experience across allied health settings, including assisting in speech pathology and occupational therapy clinics, and has developed strong skills in client-centred care, progress tracking, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Bella also brings a background in medical administration and a passion for supporting clients of all ages.

Abi is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist with a wealth of experience across both mobile and clinic-based settings. She brings strong clinical knowledge alongside a warm and natural rapport with children and families, making her a wonderful presence for the kids she works with and a valued member of the Crest Allied Health team.

Occupational Therapist
Katherine is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist with a passion for working with children of all backgrounds and needs. She has a special interest in the DIR Floortime Approach and holds her SOS Feeding accreditation, bringing expertise and enthusiasm to working with picky eaters and problem feeders. Katherine is committed to ongoing growth and looks forward to further developing her skills in early intervention and trauma-informed practice.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm, calm, and nurturing approach to supporting children and families in a way that is practical, collaborative, and tailored to each child's individual needs. Pam is passionate about building strong relationships with families, educators, and support teams to help children build the confidence and skills they need to thrive.
